Think of your body and mind as a vehicle and the massage duration as the car wash. The longer the session, the “cleaner” your car comes out on the other side

60 minute session
Typically 1 focus area with a full body sweep for general maintenance and upkeep.

90 minute session
1 hour and 30 minutes is the preferred time for many clients. We can easily fit in a full body session with 2 or more focus areas.

75 minute session
1 hour and 15 minutes for a full body session and a solid 15 minutes of detailed focus work on your area of concern.

2 hours gives ample time to fit in all of the bells and whistles. Many areas of concern can be addressed in this time frame.
