I’m Kelsey, founder of Elemental Skin & Body, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Esthetician with a passion for fascia-focused bodywork. With over 10 years in the wellness industry, I’ve built my practice around helping clients experience lasting change in their bodies and nervous system.
My interest in humans and how we move and interact with the world goes beyond the treatment room. I am a lover of movement & the body: Walking, Yoga, Hula Hooping, Strength Training, Dancing, Breathwork. I bring what I learn in my own life and body into each session to better serve my clients.
